  • Please note that shipping times may also be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your selected shipping method, the destination country, and the weight and dimensions of the items in your order. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process for your review before you confirm your purchase.

International Shipping:

  • We proudly ship our products internationally to many countries. However, please be aware that international shipping may involve customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country's authorities. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Refunds and Returns:

  • At Laclubar Honey, we do not offer refunds for shipped orders. All sales are final.

Delivery Attempts: Our Courier partner team will make three delivery attempts to ensure your package reaches you safely:

  1. First Attempt: Our courier will attempt to deliver your package to the provided address. If you are unavailable, we will leave a notice and send an email notification.
  2. Second Attempt: If the first attempt is unsuccessful, we will try again the following business day. Another notice and email will be sent if the delivery is not completed.
  3. Final Attempt: The third and final delivery attempt will be made on the subsequent business day. A final notice and email will be provided if we are still unable to deliver the package.

Response Requirement: It is crucial that you respond to our emails or contact us via courier customer service within this period. You have the following options to ensure successful delivery:

  • Change Address: Update your delivery address.
  • Consent to Leave Parcel: Provide consent to leave the parcel at your location if you are unavailable.
  • Select Redelivery Time: Choose a specific time for redelivery that suits your schedule.

Item Destruction Policy: If we do not receive any response or contact from you within 7 days following the third delivery attempt, your item will be deemed undeliverable and will be destroyed. Please note that in such cases, replacements or refunds will not be offered.

We highly encourage you to keep an eye on your email notifications and to respond promptly to avoid any inconvenience.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen after it has been shipped and marked as delivered, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please notify us as well, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
